Barnes CC is a friendly, competitive league club that puts out four sides each Saturday and a friendly side on Sundays, as well as mid-week games throughout the season. It is a vibrant and exciting place to play, practise and relax.
Barnes 1st, 2nd and 3rd XIs play in the Middlesex County Cricket league. The 4th XI aka Barnes "Wild Geese" plays in the Morrant Thames Valley League.
2007 saw Barnes update its practice facilities with new nets. 2008 sees the launch of a new colts section, a new coach as well as improvements to the square.
Barnes has been playing at its picturesque ground in Lonsdale Road since 1919. It is the most central, West London, league cricket club and is easily reached from Hammersmith, Putney and Shepherds Bush.
New members are always welcome.
Outdoor evening nets occur on Monday (All players) and Wednesday (1XI/2XI standard) at Lonsdale Road throughout the summer and pre-season indoor nets are organised at the Oval and St.Pauls school.
